These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment and participation in the online security D license course ("the Course") offered by Elite Security Academy ("we," "us," "our"). By booking, registering for, or accessing the Course, you ("Student," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Course Enrollment and Access

To enroll in the Course, you must complete the booking and registration process on our website and pay the required fee in full. Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the Course materials for the duration specified in these Terms. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

 

3. Payment and No Refund Policy

All Course fees are due at the time of booking. You agree to pay the full amount using one of our accepted payment methods.

We operate a strict NO REFUND policy after a booking has been made and payment has been processed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to, change of mind, failure to complete the course, technical issues on your personal equipment, or dissatisfaction with the course content.

By checking the box during registration that states "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions," you electronically signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

4. Course Credit Policy

In lieu of a refund, and at our sole discretion, Elite Security Academy may issue a course credit under specific, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., verified medical emergency). Any such credit:

• Must be requested by contacting us via the phone number below.

• Is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.

• Can only be applied towards a future session of the same course.

• Is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

 

5. Student Responsibilities and Conduct

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary computer equipment, software, and internet connection to access the online Course. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any Course materials, including videos, texts, quizzes, or other proprietary content. Any unauthorized use of the materials will result in immediate termination of your access and may lead to legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course structure, is the exclusive property of Elite Security Academy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal educational use only.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Course is designed to prepare students for the security D license examination. While we strive for excellence in our curriculum, Elite Security Academy does not guarantee that you will pass any state-administered licensing exam. The Course is provided on an "as is" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Security Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Course.
